Network Rail together with Unipart Rail Logistics have awarded Abtus Ltd a contract for the supply of 350 Switch & Crossing Confirmation gauges, to be delivered to maintenance depots across the UK Network. The contract award is further evidence of the commitment by Abtus Ltd to deliver innovative products in line with customers budgets.

Product Acceptance for New Gauge

11th June 2010

The Abtus ABT4670 S&C Confirmation Gauge has been granted Product Acceptance by Network Rail. The new gauge has been developed specifically for the undertaking of dimensional checks within the moving part of a switch unit. Designed to be used by P-Way and S&T personnel, the ABT4670 has been issued with the PADS number 039/127150 on certificate PA05/04681.

RouteScan Award

Network Rail has placed an order with Abtus through Unipart Rail Logistics for the supply of 35 RouteScan gauges for their maintenance operations throughout the UK. Receipt of the order is a further example of the amazing success of the product since its launch back in April 2009.
